  I brought in multiple pairs of jeans from last season lightly worn... I wasn't offered nothing but a few $... I called before hand and told them I dont want to waist my time driving out.. The lady insisted it wouldn't be.. So I went out and didn't even make my gas money back.. So a few days later I go into the store thinking shopping would work out better.. In fact I found 4 pairs of my old jeans priced from $13-$17 a pair... I was so upset because not only did they say my jeans were outdated but didn't give me the option to take what they didn't want tp buy back to me... Snotty rude and not attentive to the customers at all...

  The clothes are taken excellent care of and they have such a pleasant smell that lingers long after the purchase. The gift card for 20 percent off purchases is a fantastic sale technique and keeps me returning again and sgain. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because if there is not a manager on duty (preferably two) the younger staff members can be aloof; sometimes openly discussing inappropriate topics behind the register, using swear words, and telling personal stories... however, they are all very nice girls!! But it is sometimes uncomfortable.
